Observation on the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on thoracolumbar burst fracture
胸腰椎爆裂骨折的围术期护理干预效用观察

摘要

目的 探究微创内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者的围术期护理干预应用效用。方法 选取我院2021年6月~2022年6月收治的胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者53例，均采用微创经皮椎弓根内固定治疗。采用随机数字表法将患者划分为对照组（n=27例）以及观察组（n=26例）。对照组患者在围术期实施常规护理干预，观察组患者则在对照组基础上实施围术期快速康复护理干预。对比分析两组患者的围手术指标及疼痛程度。结果 观察组患者的手术所需时长、住院时长以及术后卧床时长均短于对照组，手术出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后1周及术后6个月疼痛指数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 围术期快速康复护理干预可有效促进微创内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者的康复进程，改善其疼痛情况，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture with minimally invasive internal fixation.
Methods 53 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle internal fixation. The patients were divided into control group (n=27 cases) and observation group (n=26 cases) by random number table. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period, while patients in the observation group received perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the control group. The perioperative indexes and pain degree of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The operation time, hospitalization time and postoperative bedtime of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the operation bleeding volume was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The pain index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 1 week and 6 months after operation (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively promote the rehabilitation process of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture treated by minimally invasive internal fixation and improve their pain, which is worthy of popularization and application.
