摘要
目的 探究健康教育在盆腔炎护理中的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的盆腔炎患者68例，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（34例，使用常规护理）和观察组（34例，使用健康教育）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用健康教育护理后，其健康知识掌握程度、疾病复发率、生活质量评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在盆腔炎患者护理过程中，采用健康教育护理能取得较佳的效果，可提升其健康知识掌握程度，降低其疾病复发率，提高其生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of health education in pelvic inflammation nursing. Methods 68 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group (34 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (34 cases, using health education). The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients have achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group has better health knowledge, disease recurrence rate and quality of life scores than the control group after using health education nursing care, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with pelvic inflammation, health education nursing can achieve better results, improve their health knowledge, reduce their disease recurrence rate, and improve their quality of life.
