Implementation effect of responsibility group group nursing model in high quality nursing serviceof gastroenterology department
责任制小组分组护理模式在消化内科优质护理服务中的实施效果

摘要

目的 研究在消化内科优质护理服务中实施责任制小组分组护理模式起到的临床实践效果。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年11月期间本院消化内科收治的80例患者为观察对象，随机将这80例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规优质护理服务方式，观察组患者在对照组基础上实施责任制小组分组护理模式，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果 应用责任制小组分组护理模式的观察组患者护理质量评分优于对照组，患者护理满意率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在消化内科优质护理服务中应用责任制小组分组护理模式能够保障护理工作及时、有序的落实，也能从护理人员工作能力提升中提高患者的护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical practice effect of the responsibility system group group nursing mode in high quality nursing service of gastroenterology department.
Methods Eighty patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as observation objects, and these 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine high-quality nursing services, and patients in the observation group were treated with the responsibility group group nursing mode on the basis of the control group. Through the analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients to understand the nursing effect of different nursing methods.
Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the responsibility system group group nursing mode in the high quality nursing service of gastroenterology department can ensure the timely and orderly implementation of nursing work, and also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients from the improvement of the working ability of nursing staff.
