摘要
目的 探讨分析叙事护理在急性脑卒中后抑郁患者及主要照顾者中的临床应用效果。方法 选取一例急性脑出血后抑郁患者及主要照顾者，采用外化、解构、改写、外部见证人和治疗文件五种叙事护理疗法进行疗愈的成功案例进行分析。结论 对卒中后抑郁患者及主要照顾者实施叙事护理可明显减少抑郁核心症状，同时可降低主要照顾者的预期悲伤程度，改善疾病转归、护患关系、提高患者依从性。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of narrative nursing in patients with acute post-stroke depression and their main caregivers. Methods A patient with depression after acute cerebral hemorrhage and his main caregiver were selected to analyze the successful cases of treatment by five narrative nursing therapies: externalization, deconstruction, rewriting, external witnesses and treatment documents. Conclusion Narrative nursing for patients with post-stroke depression and their main caregivers can significantly reduce the core symptoms of depression, reduce the expected sadness of the main caregivers, improve the outcome of the disease, nurse-patient relationship, and improve patient compliance.
