摘要
目的 分析研究对中风后吞咽困难患者实施中医护理的临床效果。方法 将选取68例中风后吞咽困难患者参与实验，并已对其基本资料进行了临床调查，确认符合实验参与条件。与此同时，为保障本次研究的顺利进行，对68例患者随机分组，最终将其分配为采取不同护理措施的两个小组，将其中34例患者命名为对照组，实施常规护理，另外34例患者命名为观察组，实施中医护理，并比较不同护理措施下患者的吞咽功能。结果 通过洼田饮水试验对两组患者的吞咽功能进行检验，据结果分析可见，观察组患者治疗后的吞咽功能明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对中风后吞咽障碍患者实施中医护理有助于改善吞咽功能、提高生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods 68 patients with dysphagia after apoplexy were selected to participate in the experiment, and their basic data were investigated to confirm that they met the conditions for participation in the experiment. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth progress of this study, 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups taking different nursing measures, 34 patients were named as the control group, the implementation of routine nursing, the other 34 patients were named as the observation group, the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and the swallowing function of patients under different nursing measures were compared. Results The dysphagia function of patients in the two groups was tested by the Lowtian drinking water test. According to the analysis of the results, the dysphagia function of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing for patients with dysphagia after stroke is helpful to improve swallowing function and quality of life.
