Effect of fine nursing intervention on patients with thyroid cancer
甲状腺癌患者精细护理干预效果探讨

摘要

目的 对临床治疗甲状腺患者过程中精细护理措施应用效果进行探讨。方法 选取2020年2月至2022年6月间河南省南阳市桐柏县中心医院所收治的60例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象，将所有患者随机均分为观察组（n=30）及对照组（n=30），对照组患者入院后利用医院常规护理模式进行干预，而观察左患者则采取了精细护理模式进行干预。对两组患者经护理干预后的抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）等两项评分进行对比。同时对患者进行护理干预后的促甲状腺激素（TSH）进行测定评估。结果 两组患者经过护理干预后，SAS、SDS评分均明显低于护理干预前，且与对照组相比较，观察组患者评分明显更低，差异显著，P<0.05。此外经过护理干预后，两种患者的VAS以及TSH指标评分明显下降，且与对照组相比较观察组患者两项指标评分明显更低，差异显著，P<0.05。结论 将精细护理应用到甲状腺癌患者住院期间可有效改善患者心理状态，同时也可在一定程度上缓解患者疼痛感，全面提升患者生活质量，在临床上具有极大推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing measures in the clinical treatment of thyroid patients.
Methods 60 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to Tongbai County Central Hospital, Nanyang City, Henan Province from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). The patients in the control group used the conventional nursing mode of the hospital for intervention after admission, while the patients in the observation group used the fine nursing mode for intervention. The scores of SDS and SAS were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention. At the same time, the thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) of patients after nursing intervention was measured and evaluated.
Results After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing intervention, and compared with the control group, the scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower, with a significant difference (P<0.05). In addition, after nursing intervention, the VAS and TSH index scores of the two patients decreased significantly, and the two index scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of fine nursing to thyroid cancer patients during hospitalization can effectively improve their psychological status, relieve their pain to a certain extent, and comprehensively improve their quality of life, which is of great clinical value.
