Application of clinical nursing pathway in emergency nursing of senile stroke
老年脑卒中急救护理中临床护理路径的应用观察

摘要

目的 探究临床护理路径应用在老年脑卒中患者急救护理中的效果。方法 试验时间定为2021年7月到2022年10月，受试患者共60例，均选自我院急诊医学科，将其随机分成对照组（常规急诊脑卒中护理）、研究组（予急诊临床护理路径干预），每组受试患者30例，统计急救期各项用时，比对两组患者预后神经缺损程度和自理能力。结果研究组卒中患者入院后抢救时间和费用、住院时间低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05；护理前两组脑卒中患者神经缺损程度和自理能力较差，数值近似，护理后研究组NIHSS＜对照组、Barthel＞对照组，P＜0.05。由专科护理、病情观察、健康教育方面进行分析。研究组患者护理质量优于对照组患者，差异均有统计意义（p＜0.05）。结论 临床护理路径在老年脑卒中患者急救护理中应用效果显著，可优化就诊流程，为患者应得最佳抢救时机，提高预后自理能力。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway application in emergency care of senile stroke patients. Method The trial was conducted from July 2021 to October 2022. A total of 60 patients were selected from the department of emergency Medicine of our hospital and randomly divided into control group (routine emergency stroke nursing) and research group (emergency clinical nursing pathway intervention), with 30 patients in each group. The degree of neurological defect and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.
Results The rescue time, cost and length of stay of stroke patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction level was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05; Before nursing, the nerve defect degree and self-care ability of stroke patients in the two groups were poor, and the values were similar. After nursing, the research group NIHSS < control group, Barthel > control group, P < 0.05. It was analyzed from the aspects of specialized nursing, condition observation and health education. The nursing quality of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   Clinical nursing pathway has significant effect in emergency care of elderly stroke patients, which can optimize the treatment process, provide the best rescue time for patients and improve the self-care ability of prognosis.
