Observation on the effect of seamless nursing program in mechanical ventilation for neonatal pneumonia

摘要

目的 新生儿肺炎以机械通气治疗中，采取无缝隙护理的临床应用价值。方法 本次调研，以2020.3-2022.3为截点，选取本院接诊的以机械通气治疗的新生儿肺炎患者60例，基于不同护理方式，所有患者均分两组，一组为参照组，一组为实验组，组内各30例患者，其中，参照组，推行常规护理，实验组，则推行无缝隙护理方案，对比两组护理效果。结果 从治愈、有效、无效，对比两组治疗效果，参照组，治疗总有效率为77%（23/30），实验组，治疗总有效率为97%（29/30），比较两组实验数据，数值差异变化极大（P＜0.05），差异不具备统计学意义；护理后，参照组，体温恢复时间（3.9±1.0），发热症状时间（5.3±1.3），咳嗽消失时间（7.1±2.2），气促消失时间（4.3±1.4），实验组，体温恢复时间（2.8±0.6），发热症状时间（3.3±1.1），咳嗽消失时间（5.0±1.5），气促消失时间（3.0±1.3），比较两组实验数据，数值差异变化极大（P＜0.05），差异不具备统计学意义；护理后，参照组，FRC评分为（83.80±9.01），PEF评分为（58.38±6.50），FEV1/FVC评分为（55.72±5.72），实验组，FRC评分为（91.30±5.51），PEF（67.01±7.06），FEV1/FVC评分为（66.41±6.54），比较两组实验数据，数值差异变化极大（P＜0.05），差异不具备统计学意义。结论 新生儿肺炎行机械通气治疗过程中，对其实施无缝隙护理方案效果显著，改善临床治疗效果，提高患者肺功能，值得推广。
