Effect of health promotion intervention on mental health of hemodialysis patients
健康促进干预对血液透析患者心理健康状况的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析对血液透析病人实施健康促进干预后对其心理健康状况的影响。方法 将2020年4月至2021年6月在我院进行血液透析治疗的60例病人当成研究对象，按照不同护理干预方法进行分组，将其分为健康促进组和一般护理组，每组各30例。一般护理组选择基础护理实施干预，健康促进组选择在一般护理组的基础上，实施健康促进干预，比较两组病人干预前后的心理状况以及健康促进行为情况。结果 干预前，两组病人的SDS、SAS评分没有统计意义（P＞0.05），干预后，两组病人的SDS、SAS评分均有显著降低，且健康促进组病人的SDS、SAS评分明显低于一般护理组，组间存在比较意义（P＜0.05）；干预前，两组病人的健康促进行为评分之间没有统计意义（P＞0.05），干预后，两组病人的健康促进行为评分均有所提升，且健康促进组病人的运动锻炼、压力应对、健康责任、个人目标、人际关系等评分均明显高于一般护理组，组间存在比较意义（P＜0.05），但两组病人的营养评分没有统计意义（P＞0.05）。结论 对血液透析病人实施健康促进干预，能极大改善病人的抑郁、焦虑情绪，提升病人的健康促进行为，具有较好的应用价值，值得普及。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of health promotion intervention on mental health of hemodialysis patients.
Methods 60 patients receiving hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects. According to different nursing intervention methods, they were divided into health promotion group and general nursing group, with 30 cases in each group. The general nursing group selected the basic nursing intervention, and the health promotion group selected the health promotion intervention on the basis of the general nursing group, and compared the psychological status and health promotion behavior of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.
Results Before intervention, SDS and SAS scores of patients in 2 groups had no statistical significance (P > 0.05), after intervention, SDS and SAS scores of patients in 2 groups were significantly decreased, and the health promotion group was significantly lower than the general nursing group, there was a comparative significance between groups (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no statistical significance between the health promoting behavior scores of the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, the health promoting behavior scores of the two groups were improved, and the scores of exercise, stress coping, health responsibility, personal goals and interpersonal relationship of the health promoting group were significantly higher than those of the general nursing group. There was a comparative significance between the two groups (P < 0.05), but there was no statistical significance in nutritional scores between the two groups (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   Health promotion intervention for hemodialysis patients can greatly improve patients' depression and anxiety, and improve patients' health promotion behavior. It has good application value and is worth popularizing.
