Study on the influence of positive psychological nursing intervention on negative emotionin replantation of severed finger
积极心理护理干预对断指再植术负性情绪的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究断指再植术患者执行积极心理护理对其负性情绪的干预作用。方法 2021年8月至2022年7月期间入我院烧伤整形外科（手外三病区）进行断指再植术治疗的患者70例，借助双盲法分为对照组、研究组，每组35例。对照组执行传统护理措施，研究组在对照组护理基础上强化积极心理护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 研究组患者的再造指功能恢复情况优于对照组，且在干预后的SAS、SDS评分表现更优，与对照组差异P<0.05；研究组患者的总依从率为97.14%，相比于对照组80%而言更高，差异P<0.05。结论 断指再植术患者实施积极心理护理，有益于舒缓患者的负性情绪，促进再造指功能恢复，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological nursing on negative emotions in patients with severed finger replantation.
Methods From August 2021 to July 2022, 70 patients admitted to the burn plastic surgery department of our hospital for replantation of severed fingers were divided into control group and study group by double-blind method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group carried out traditional nursing measures, the study group strengthened positive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group nursing, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups.
Results The functional recovery of the reconstructive finger in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the SAS and SDS scores were better after intervention, the difference between the two groups was P<0.05. The total compliance rate in the study group was 97.14%, higher than 80% in the control group, and the difference was P<0.05.
Conclusion   The implementation of positive psychological nursing in patients with replantation of severed finger is beneficial to relieve the negative emotions of patients and promote the functional recovery of reconstructed finger, which is worthy of clinical reference.
