The value of psychological nursing in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing operation
心理护理在食管癌手术患者中的价值

摘要

目的 探究于食管癌手术患者中采取心理护理效果。方法 本次抽取54例食管癌手术患者进行研究分析，病例选取时间为2021年2月到2022年2月，就54例患者依据随机抽签模式均分2组，将实施常规护理的27例患者设为参考组，将实施心理护理的27例患者设为实验组。比较两组护理效果。结果 焦虑、抑郁评分中两组护理前对比差异不明显（P＞0.05），护理后实验组低（P＜0.05）。卧床时间、住院时间中实验组较短（P＜0.05）。实验组满意度为95.12%，参考组满意度为75.61%，护理满意度中实验组高（P＜0.05）。结论 于食管癌手术患者中采取心理护理效果确切，可有效缓解患者的负面情绪，缩短其卧床及住院时间，进而有助于提高患者的满意度。建议此种方法在临床上予以推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery.
Methods This time, 54 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing surgery were selected for research and analysis. The case selection time was from February 2021 to February 2022. 54 patients were divided into two groups according to the random lot drawing mode. 27 patients receiving routine care were set as the reference group, and 27 patients receiving psychological care were set as the experimental group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05), but the scores in the experimental group were lower after nursing (P<0.05). The duration of bed rest and hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.12%, and that of the reference group was 75.61%. The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing is effective for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing surgery, which can effectively relieve their negative emotions, shorten their bedtime and hospitalization, and then help to improve their satisfaction. It is suggested that this method be popularized in clinical practice.
