Application effect of health education in hypertension nursing
健康教育在高血压护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 本文对高血压疾病患者护理措施重点研究，同时探讨健康教育应用的重要性，并与临床常规护理效果进行对比。方法 收集2018年4月-2022年5月间我院289例高血压患者病例为研究对象，研究期间根据护理方式进行分组，研究组采用基础护理的同时加强健康教育干预（150例），参照组接受常规护理（139例），针对不同组别、不同护理方法进行数据统计，记录患者心率水平、血压水平、情绪状况、生活质量评分、患者满意度等相关数据，并予以对比。结果 护理前：心率、收缩压、舒张压、SAS、SDS、心理功能、生理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、自我护理水平各项数据统计后显示组间无差异性（P＞0.05）；护理后：临床获得各项研究数据，研究组与参照组对比存在明显差异（P＜0.05），以研究组数据更具优势性。结论 健康教育的临床应用，有助于改善患者心率及血压水平，有效缓解患者负性情绪，提升生活质量，效果确切，并获得患者高度满意与认可，值得推荐并广泛使用。

Abstract

Objective To study the nursing measures of patients with hypertension disease, explore the importance of health education application, and compare with the clinical routine nursing effect.
Methods 289 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2022 were collected as research objects. During the study period, they were divided into groups according to nursing methods. The study group adopted basic nursing while strengthening health education intervention (150 cases), and the reference group received routine nursing (139 cases). Patients' heart rate, blood pressure, emotional status, quality of life score, patient satisfaction and other relevant data were recorded and compared.
Results Before nursing, there were no differences in heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, SAS, SDS, mental function, physiological function, social function, physical function and self-care level among groups (P > 0.05). After nursing: The clinical data of various studies were obtained. There were significant differences between the study group and the reference group (P < 0.05), and the data of the study group was more dominant.
Conclusion   The clinical application of health education is helpful to improve the heart rate and blood pressure of patients, effectively relieve patients' negative emotions, improve the quality of life, the effect is accurate, and obtain patients' satisfaction, worthy of recommendation and widespread use.
