循证护理在冠心病介入治疗围术期中的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究分析循证护理在冠心病介入治疗围术期中的效果。方法 选取于2020年1月至2021年1月，我院收治的冠心病患者共80例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将80例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用循证护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的并发症发生率。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在并发症发生率方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对冠心病患者进行护理的过程中，采用循证护理模式进行干预，能够显著降低患者的并发症发生率。在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of coronary intervention therapy.
Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.
