Effect of risk-optimized management combined with continuous nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury
风险优化管理结合连续性护理对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者的康复效果

摘要

目的 实验将针对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者实施治疗，重点分析风险优化管理结合连续性护理方案的应用效果。方法 针对70例2020年1月到2022年1月就诊的脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者，采用随机分组，对照组为常规护理，观察组为风险优化管理结合连续性护理方案，对比成效。结果 观察组患者的不良事件发生率低于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，在深静脉血栓发生率上，观察组低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。在Caprini血栓风险评估准确率上，观察组为100%，对照组则为50%，可见存在显著差异。最后，在FIM功能独立性量表和自我效能GSES量表评估中，观察组得分情况优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用风险优化管理结合连续性护理方案对于脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者，有助于改善其脊髓功能，提升自我效能，有效的预防并发症发生，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective The experiment will treat patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury, focusing on the analysis of the application effect of risk optimization management combined with continuous nursing program.
Methods For 70 patients with spinal cord fracture treated from January 2020 to January 2022, randomization was adopted, control group was routine care, and observation group was risk optimization management combined with continuous care plan, and the effectiveness was compared.
Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). At the same time, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The accuracy of Caprini thrombus risk assessment is 100% in the observation group and 50% in the control group, indicating significant differences. Finally, in the assessment of FIM functional independence scale and self-efficacy GSES scale, the score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of risk-optimized management and continuous care can help improve spinal cord function, enhance self-efficacy and effectively prevent complications in patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury, which is worthy of promotion.
