病例教学法联合标准化病人在甲状腺消融术护理带教中的应用效果

摘要

目的 将病例教学法+标准化病人模式，用于甲状腺消融术临床护理带教工作，分析临床护理带教的效果。方法 纳入参与甲状腺消融术临床护理带教的实习护生76名，时间2019年1月到2019年12月。38名进行常规临床护理带教，命名为普通组。38名实施病例教学法+标准化病人临床护理带教，命名为病例+标准化病人教组。比较临床护理带教效果。结果 病例+标准化病人教组的甲状腺消融术围术期护理理论知识考核评分、甲状腺消融术围术期护理操作技能水平考核评分得分、临床护理带教质量评分、临床护理带教满意率均更高（p＜0.05）。结论 将病例教学法+标准化病人模式，用于甲状腺消融术临床护理带教活动，利于提高护理带教质量，促使实习护生更好掌握甲状腺消融术围术期护理理论知识，提升护理操作技能水平，实习护生对此教学模式更满意。

Abstract

Objective To apply the case teaching method + standardized patient model to the clinical nursing teaching of thyroid ablation, and analyze the effect of clinical nursing teaching.
Methods From January 2019 to December 2019, 76 practicing nursing students who participated in clinical nursing teaching of thyroid ablation were included. 38 patients received routine clinical nursing instruction and were named the normal group. A total of 38 patients were assigned to the case teaching and standardized clinical nursing teaching group. To compare the effect of clinical nursing teaching.
Results The assessment score of perioperative nursing theoretical knowledge, the assessment score of perioperative nursing operation skill level, the clinical nursing teaching quality score and the satisfaction rate of clinical nursing teaching were higher in the case + standardized patient teaching group (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the case teaching method + standardized patient model to clinical nursing teaching activities of thyroid ablation is conducive to improving the quality of nursing teaching, promoting the practice nursing students to better grasp the theoretical knowledge of perioperative nursing during thyroid ablation, and improving the level of nursing operation skills. The practice nursing students are more satisfied with this teaching model.
