微课教学法在甲乳外科护理带教中对实习护生培养效果分析

摘要

目的 分析微课教学法在甲乳外科护理带教中对实习护生培养效果。方法 选择的研究对象是在本院甲乳外科实习的60名实习护生,选择时间是2021年1月~12月,随机分组法分成参照组与实验组,参照组进行常规护理带教,实验组进行微课教学法护理带教,对比两组实习护生的理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩,对比两组综合能力评分(包括专业技能、自学能力、沟通能力、学习氛围、分析能力、理解能力、记忆能力等评分)。结果 实验组的理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩均高于参照组,对比P<0.05;实验组专业技能、自学能力、沟通能力、学习氛围、分析能力、理解能力、记忆能力等综合能力评分均高于参照组,对比P<0.05。结论 微课教学法应用在甲乳外科护理带教工作中,能够有效激发实习护生的求知欲望以及学习兴趣,提高他们相关知识掌握度以及综合能力,提高整体教学质量,值得推荐。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of micro-course teaching method on the training of practical nursing students in nursing teaching of thyroid surgery.
Methods The selected research object was 60 nursing students who were practicing in our hospital's department of thyroid surgery. The selection time was from January to December, 2021. They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group. The reference group was given routine nursing instruction, while the experimental group was given micro-course teaching instruction. The theoretical test scores and operational skills scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared, and the comprehensive ability scores of the two groups were compared (including professional skills, self-study ability, communication ability, learning atmosphere, analysis
Results The scores of theoretical examination and operation skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). The scores of comprehensive abilities such as professional skills, self-study ability, communication ability, learning atmosphere, analysis ability, understanding ability and memory ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of micro-course teaching method in nursing teaching of thyroidectomy can effectively stimulate students' desire for knowledge and interest in learning, improve their mastery of relevant knowledge and comprehensive ability, and improve the overall teaching quality, which is worthy of recommendation.
