摘要
目的 探究循证护理教学理念在乳腺癌化疗护理带教当中的应用效果。方法 2020年5月至2022年5月，择取我院实习护生100人分为管理组（循证护理带教）与参照组（普通带教），对比护理带教结果。结果 管理组实习护生考核成绩得分高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；管理组实习护生教学模式评价优于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理教学理念被应用于乳腺癌化疗护理带教当中，可大幅度提升实习护生考核成绩，同时实习护生教学评价较好，建议进行推广和应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing teaching concept in breast cancer chemotherapy nursing belt teaching. Methods From May 2020 to May 2022, 100 practicing nursing students in our hospital were selected and divided into management group (evidence-based nursing education) and reference group (general nursing education), and the results of nursing education were compared. Results The scores of practice nursing students in management group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05); The teaching model evaluation of practice nursing students in the management group was better than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing teaching concept in nursing belt teaching of breast cancer chemotherapy can greatly improve the assessment results of nursing students in practice, and the teaching evaluation of nursing students in practice is good, so it is suggested to popularize and apply.
