基于翻转课堂教学模式开展麻醉护理教学的应用价值

摘要

目的 分析麻醉护理教学中采取翻转课堂教学模式的价值。方法 选择我院麻醉科2020年1月-2022年12月新入职的护士20人作为观察对象,10人采取常规护理教学(对照组),10人采取翻转课堂教学(观察组),评价两组麻醉护士的理论学习成绩及实践操作成绩、麻醉认知率及教学满意度。结果 观察组麻醉护士的理论成绩及实践成绩均比对照组高,p<0.05;观察组麻醉认知率及对教学的满意度比对照组高,p<0.05。结论 麻醉护理教学中采取翻转课堂教学模式提升麻醉护士对麻醉工作的认知率,提升其理论能力及操作能力,该教学模式具有临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of adopting the flipped classroom teaching mode in anesthesia nursing teaching.
Methods The 20 newly recruited nurses in the Department of Anesthesiology of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects, 10 adopted routine nursing teaching (control group), and 10 adopted flipped classroom teaching (observation group) to evaluate the theoretical learning performance, anesthesia cognitive rate and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of anesthesia nurses.
Results The theoretical and practical scores of the anesthesia nurses were higher than those of the control group, p <0.05; the cognitive rate and satisfaction with teaching were higher than those of the observation group, p <0.05.
Conclusion   The flipped classroom teaching mode adopted in anesthesia nursing teaching can improve the cognition rate of anesthesia nurses on anesthesia work, and improve their theoretical ability and operation ability. This teaching mode has clinical application value.
