Observation on the effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with earlypostoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction
优质护理在对术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨并分析优质护理对术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022 年2月到 2022 年11月期间的 68 例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者为本次研究对象。并采取计算机表法对其进行分组：研究组和对照组，每组34例患者，研究组患者采取优质护理干预模式，对照组患者采取常规护理干预模式。结果 研究组术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的拔除胃管时间、进食时间以及住院时间等均显著短于对照组患者，护理满意度（97.06%）显著高于对照组患者（76.47%），差异显著。结论 将优质护理应用于术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的护理过程中，明显缩短住院时间，有效促进患者恢复，同时患者的护理满意度较高，值得在目前临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction.
Methods Sixty-eight patients with early postoperative inflammatory ileus in our hospital from February 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. And take the computer table method to divide it: study group and control group, each group of 34 patients, study group patients to take high-quality nursing intervention mode, control group patients to take routine nursing intervention mode.
Results The time of gastric tube removal, eating time and hospitalization of the patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction (97.06%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.47%).
Conclusion   Applying high-quality nursing to the nursing process of patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction can significantly shorten the hospital stay, effectively promote the recovery of patients, and at the same time, patients' satisfaction with nursing is high, which is worth popularizing in the current clinical practice.
