The effect of Sandwich teaching method in nursing teaching of breast cancer chemotherapy
Sandwich教学法在乳腺癌化疗护理教学中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探究Sandwich教学法应用于乳腺癌化疗护理教学中的应用效果。方法 2020年7月至2022年7月，择期70名护理实习生参与护理教学研究，分为改进组（Sandwich教学法）与参照组（沿用常规教学模式），比较教学效果。结果 改进组考核成绩高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；改进组自学能力得分高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；改进组教学模式认可度高于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 Sandwich教学法引入乳腺癌化疗护理教学中，可极大程度上提升护理教学质量，建议进行推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of Sandwich teaching method in nursing teaching of breast cancer chemotherapy.
Methods From July 2020 to July 2022, 70 nursing interns were selected to participate in the nursing teaching research. They were divided into the improvement group (Sandwich teaching method) and the reference group (using the conventional teaching mode), and the teaching effects were compared.
Results The assessment score of the improved group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The score of self-learning ability in the improved group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The recognition degree of teaching mode in the improved group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The introduction of the Sandwich teaching method into the nursing teaching of breast cancer chemotherapy can greatly improve the quality of nursing teaching, and it is recommended to popularize and apply.
