Clinical study and application of bag gel mask in postoperative cold compress of oraland maxillofacial surgery patients
插袋式凝胶面罩在口腔颌面外科患者术后冷敷中的临床研究及应用

摘要

目的 讨论研究在口腔颌面外科患者术后冷敷中应用插袋式凝胶面罩的价值作用。方法 将2022年1月到2023年1月期间院内的80例口腔颌面外科手术患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（术后接受传统冰袋冷敷）、观察组（术后接受插袋式凝胶面罩冷敷），对比两组患者冰敷效果相关数据信息。结果 观察组整体术后视觉模拟疼痛评分、出血量、整体住院治疗时间、肿胀程度、舒适度等相关数据信息明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在口腔颌面外科患者术后冷敷中应用插袋式凝胶面罩可以减轻患者生理负担，缩短住院时间，让患者更加满意优质护理工作，减少纠纷。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and study the value of pocket gel mask in cold compress after oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Methods 80 patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into control group (receiving traditional ice pack cold compress after operation) and observation group (receiving pocket gel mask cold compress after operation). The data related to the effect of ice compress in the two groups were compared.
Results The observation group was significantly more advantaged than the control group in total postoperative visual simulation pain score, blood loss, duration of hospitalization, degree of swelling, comfort level and other related data, P<0.05, with statistical difference.
Conclusion   The application of bagged gel mask in postoperative cold compress of oral and maxillofacial surgery patients can reduce the physiological burden of patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, make patients more satisfied with quality nursing work and reduce disputes.
