Application of continuous nursing in elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients
延续性护理在老年维持性血液透析患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探究延续性护理对老年维持性血液透析的影响。方法 研究时间为2021年1月-2022年12月，研究对象为此期间我院收治的78例接受维持性血液透析的老年糖尿病肾病患者。根据护理方式不同，将入组患者分为2组，每组各39例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行延续性护理。比较护理干预后2组患者的相关情况。结果 护理干预后，观察组患者躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧评分均低于对照组，统计学意义凸显（P＜0.05）。护理后，观察组各生活质量评分均高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后，观察组入睡潜伏期短于对照组，实际睡眠时间长于对照组，PSQI评分低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过延续性护理方式对维持性血液透析患者进行干预，能够使其心理状态、生活质量、睡眠质量得到显著改善，可提高护理满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing on elderly maintenance hemodialysis.
Methods the study period was from January 2021 to December 2022. The study subjects were 78 elderly patients with diabetes nephropathy who received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital during this period. According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into two groups, 39 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received continuous nursing. The related conditions of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention were compared.
Results After nursing intervention, the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety and fear in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with significant statistical significance (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After nursing, the sleep latency of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the actual sleep time was longer than that of the control group, and the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Intervention of maintenance hemodialysis patients through continuous nursing can significantly improve their psychological status, quality of life and sleep quality, and can improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
