Effect of perioperative nutritional care on rapid postoperative recoveryof patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer
围手术期营养护理对食管癌根治术患者术后快速康复的影响

摘要

目的 观察在食管癌根治术患者中开展围手术期营养护理对其术后快速康复的影响。方法 文中病例选取为我医院接收的食管癌手术患者200例，将纳入的病例通过电脑随机选取法分成观察组和对照组，组间人数为100例，对照组患者手术期间给予常规护理服务，观察组患者开展围手术期营养护理干预，详细对比两种护理方案取得的临床效果。结果 护理后与对照组各项指标结果比较显示，观察组护理管理质量、患者遵医行为均得到显著提升，患者的营养指标得到显著改善，术后患者排气时间较短，并发症发生率较低，最终患者生活质量明显提高，（P<0.05）。结论 对食管癌根治术患者及时开展围手术期营养护理干预，可有效提升临床护理服务质量和患者的认知度，增强患者的遵医行为和自护能力，从而改善患者的机体营养状态，促进患者术后身体恢复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nutritional care in the radical resection of esophageal cancer patients on their rapid postoperative recovery.
Methods the case selected for my hospital receiving esophageal cancer surgery patients 200 cases, will include the cases through the computer random selection method is divided into observation group and control group, the number between group is 100 cases, control group of patients with routine nursing services during surgery, observation group in perioperative nutrition nursing intervention, detailed comparison of two nursing scheme of clinical effect.
Results The comparison of the indicators after the nursing and the control group showed that the quality of nursing management and patient compliance in the observation group were significantly improved, the nutritional index of the patients was significantly improved, the exhaust time of the patients after the surgery was short, the incidence of complications was low, and the final quality of life of the patients was significantly improved, (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Timely perioperative nutritional nursing intervention for patients with radical esophageal cancer can effectively enhance the quality of clinical nursing service and patient awareness, enhance the patient's medical compliance behavior and self-care ability, so as to improve the nutritional status of patients, promote the postoperative physical recovery of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
