Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative period of patients with esophageal cancer and its influence on indwelling time of drainage tube
快速康复外科护理在食道癌患者围手术期的效果及对引流管留置时间的影响

摘要

目的 探究食道癌患者围术期接受快速康复外科护理恢复效果，以及该护理方式对引流管留置时间产生的影响。方法 从我院肿瘤科2021-4月到2022年4月期间接受食道癌手术患者群体中抽取60例作为研究对象，根据护理方法平均划分成实验组（30例）和对照组（30例），评定二者护理差异。结果 实验组临床各项指标相对于对照组表现更佳（P＜0.05）；实验组患者对本次护理满意度评价分数相对于对照组分数更高（P＜0.05）；实验组患者生活质量评分相对于对照组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在食道癌手术患者群体中实施快速康复外科护理干预可以帮助患者尽快恢复，缩短引流管留置时间，提高患者生活质量，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the recovery effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period and the effect of this nursing mode on the indwelling time of drainage tube.
Methods 60 patients who received esophageal cancer surgery in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as research objects. According to the nursing methods, they were evenly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) to evaluate the nursing difference between them.
Results The experimental group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). The experimental group of patients on the nursing satisfaction evaluation score was higher than the control group score (P < 0.05); The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention can help patients recover as soon as possible, shorten the indwelling time of drainage tube and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of application.
