摘要
目的 分析糖尿病患者自我血糖监测（SMBG）现状及护理对策。方法 选取2022年2月至2022年8月糖尿病患者100例，随机分为观察组（分析患者SMBG情况实施针对性护理）和对照组（常规护理）各50例，对比效果。结果 观察组血糖水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组血糖监测知识掌握率、生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 通过对糖尿病患者SMBG的现状进行分析后采取针对性的护理可有效改善血糖水平，提升其血糖监测知识掌握率。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the status quo of self blood glucose monitoring (SMBG) in patients with diabetes and its nursing countermeasures. Methods 100 patients with diabetes mellitus from February 2022 to August 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group (analysis of the SMBG situation of patients and implementation of targeted care) and the control group (routine care) with 50 cases each, and the effects were compared. Results The blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The mastery rate of blood glucose monitoring knowledge and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Through analyzing the current situation of SMBG in diabetic patients, targeted nursing can effectively improve the blood glucose level and enhance their knowledge of blood glucose monitoring.
