Application of psychological nursing service in the remission period of schizophrenia and analysis of patients'compliance with medication
心理护理服务在精神分裂症缓解期的应用及病人服药依从性分析

摘要

目的 探讨心理护理服务在精神分裂症缓解期的应用效果及对病人服药依从性的影响。方法 选取我院收治的60例精神分裂症缓解期患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组，30例为对照组，实施常规健康宣教，30例为对照组，在常规干预的基础上配合心理护理干预，对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果 观察组患者干预后、阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评分、精神分裂症病人生活质量表（SQLS）评分均低于对照组（p<0.05）；同时观察组患者屈服应对、回避应对、病耻感（PDD）评分均低于对照组，面对应对评分则高于对照组（p<0.05）；观察组患者服药依从性明显高于对照组（p<0.05）。结论 心理护理服务在精神分裂症缓解期中的应用效果理想，可推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing service in the remission period of schizophrenia and its influence on patients' compliance with medication.
Methods 60 schizophrenic patients in remission in our hospital were selected as the research object, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 30 patients were the control group, and routine health education was carried out. 30 patients were the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared on the basis of routine intervention and psychological nursing intervention.
Results After intervention, the scores of PANSS and SQLS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05); At the same time, the scores of yielding coping, avoidance coping and sense of shame (PDD) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of face coping were higher than those in the control group (p<0.05); The compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of psychological nursing service in the remission period of schizophrenia is ideal and can be popularized.
