摘要
目的 探究慢阻肺患者接受心理护理对SAS和SDS评分的影响。方法 择取我院2021年3月至2022年3月病情急性发作入院的慢阻肺患者100例，分为管理组（心理护理）与参照组（常规护理），比较SAS和SDS负面情绪评分的变化。结果 经过护理后，与参照组相比，管理组SAS、SDS分值更低，依从性更高（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理干预可帮助慢阻肺患者控制负面情绪，建议推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on SAS and SDS scores in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 with acute illness were selected and divided into a management group (psychological nursing) and a reference group (routine nursing), and the SAS and SDS negative emotion scores were compared. The change. Results After nursing, compared with the reference group, the SAS and SDS scores of the management group were lower, and the compliance was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can help patients with COPD to control their negative emotions, and it is recommended to promote it.
