摘要
目的 分析护理不良事件管理对医疗护理质量的影响。方法 此次实验对象为住院患者,入院时间均在2020.07月至2022.07月,入选患者共90例,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规管理,n=45)与研究组(护理不良事件管理,n=45)。对比两组的不良事件发生情况、护患纠纷事件发生情况、投诉情况、医疗护理质量及满意度。结果 在不良事件发生率上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在护患纠纷发生率与投诉率上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在病房管理、病情观察及专科护理评分上,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在满意度上,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 护理不良事件管理用于住院患者的干预效果良好,有利于提升医疗护理质量,减少不良事件的发生,临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing adverse event management on the quality of medical care. Methods The experimental subjects were inpatients, admission time in 2020.07 to 2022.07 months, a total of 90 patients were selected, using random number table method were divided into control group (routine management, n=45) and study group (nursing adverse event management, n=45). The occurrence of adverse events, nurse-patient disputes, complaints, quality of medical care and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence and complaint rate of nurse-patient dispute in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of ward management, condition observation and specialist nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The intervention effect of nursing adverse event management in inpatients is good, which is conducive to improving the quality of medical care and reducing the occurrence of adverse events, and can be further promoted and applied in clinic.
