Construction and application of the multidisciplinary collaborative ICU transitional care model
多学科协作ICU过渡期护理模式的构建和应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨构建并应用多学科协作ICU过渡期护理模式对ICU转出患者舒适度，心理状态及护理服务满意度的改善作用，以及对并发症发生率的影响。方法 选取100例ICU转出患者，采用便利随机方式分成干预组（多学科协作ICU过渡期护理）和对照组（常规护理），每组50例。比较两组 ICU 转出患者舒适度、心理状态，并发症发生率及对护理满意度情况。结果 干预组患者的心理状态、舒适度及护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 多学科协作ICU过渡期护理模式对ICU转出患者护理质量提升具显著效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of constructing and applying the multi-disciplinary cooperative ICU transitional nursing model on the comfort of ICU transfer patients, psychological status and nursing service satisfaction, and the impact on the complication rate.
Methods 100 ICU transfer patients were selected and divided into intervention group (multidisciplinary collaborative ICU transitional care) and control group (routine care), with 50 patients in each group. The comfort, psychological status, complication rate, and satisfaction with ICU transfer patients were compared between the two groups.
Results The psychological status, comfort and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were better than the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Multimultidisciplinary ICU nursing model has improve the quality of ICU.
