Effect and reflection of holistic nursing intervention in an elderly hemodialysis patient complicated withcardiogenic shock and total heart failure after continuous blood purification
一例老年血液透析患者并发心源性休克和全心衰竭运用连续性血液净化治疗后的整体护理干预效果及感想

摘要

目的 分析老年血液透析患者并发心源性休克和全心衰竭运用连续性血液净化治疗后的整体护理干预效果。方法 观察1例老年血液透析患者并发心源性休克和全心衰竭的治疗以及护理，此例患者在出现并发心源性休克和全心衰竭之后转至我院接受治疗以及护理。结果 通过予以患者多样化的治疗以及护理措施，患者生命体征相对平稳，血压90/60mmhg，心率60次/分，活动后胸闷不适较前明显减轻，无心前区疼痛，呼吸音清晰，病情平稳，预约出院。结论 此例老年血液透析患者并发心源性休克和全心衰竭，运用连续性肾脏替代治疗后，并对患者生理、心理、生活照料，采用整体护理模式进行干预，能够取得优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention in elderly hemodialysis patients complicated with cardiogenic shock and total heart failure after continuous blood purification treatment.
Methods To observe the treatment and nursing of an elderly hemodialysis patient with cardiogenic shock and total heart failure. The patient was transferred to our hospital for treatment and nursing after the occurrence of cardiogenic shock and total heart failure.
Results Through various treatment and nursing measures, the patient's vital signs were relatively stable, the blood pressure was 90/60mmhg, the heart rate was 60 times/min, the chest tightness and discomfort were significantly reduced after the activity, the pain in the anterior acardless area, the breathing sound was clear, the condition was stable, and the patient was scheduled to be discharged.
Conclusion   This case of elderly hemodialysis patients complicated with cardiogenic shock and total heart failure, after continuous kidney replacement therapy, and the patient's physiological, psychological, life care, the use of holistic nursing mode intervention, can achieve good results, worthy of further promotion and application.
