案例式PBL教学法在肿瘤科临床护理带教中的实践效果

摘要

目的 分析肿瘤科临床护理带教中应用案例式PBL教学法的效果。方法 选择我院乳腺肿瘤科40名实习护士,随机分成两组,20名观察组、20名对照组。给予对照组传统教学法,给予观察组案例式PBL教学法,比较两组护生的实习效果。结果 将案例式PBL教学法用于观察组护生,对比两组的理论知识、实践护理操作能力、应变能力、沟通能力和教学满意度,观察组均明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 将案例式PBL教学法用于肿瘤科临床护理带教,能够培养护生的学习兴趣,提升护生肿瘤科护理知识的掌握程度,培养足够的实践操作能力。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of case based PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in oncology department.
Methods 40 clinical nurses in the oncology department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 20 in the observation group and 20 in the control group. The traditional teaching method in the control group and the case based PBL teaching method in the observation group were used to compare the practice effects of the two groups of nursing students.
Results The case based PBL teaching method was applied to the nursing students in the observation group. Compared with the theoretical knowledge, practical nursing operation ability, strain ability, communication ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of case PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in oncology department can cultivate the learning interest of nursing students, improve their mastery of nursing knowledge in oncology department, and cultivate sufficient practical ability.
