循证护理融合CBL教学法在消化内科护理教学中的应用

摘要

目的 分析循证护理融合CBL教学法在消化内科护理教学中的应用。方法 将2020年15例消化内科实习护生设置为联合组,对其开展循证护理融合CBL教学法,选取2019年15例消化内科实习护生设置为对照组,对其开展传统带教模式,评价两组教学成果。结果 联合组理论成绩和技能成绩分别为(88.27±4.30)分、(78.27±4.32)分,对照组依次为(84.49±5.48)分、(74.43±5.48)分,联合组各项成绩更加接近预期目标(P<0.05);两组护理实习生对带教模式满意度占比分别为:联合组(93.33%)、对照组(66.67%),联合组对带教满意度占比明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在对消化内科学生开展护理教学过程中,可采用循证护理与CBL联合的教学方法,其不仅可有效提升消化内科护生理论和技能成绩,并且可获得消化内可护理实习生的高度认可,具有广泛应用和宣传的价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of evidence-based nursing integrated CBL teaching method in gastroenterology nursing teaching.
Methods 15 cases of practicing nursing students in the Department of Gastroentero -logy in 2020 were set as the combination group to carry out evidence-based nursing integrated CBL teaching method; 15 cases of practicing nursing students in the department of gastroenterology in 2019 were selected as the control group to carry out traditional teaching mode, and the teaching results of the two groups were evaluated.
Results The theoretical scores and skill scores of the combination group were (88.27±4.30) points and (78.27±4.32) points, respectively, while those of the control group were (84.49±5.48) points and (74.43±5.48) points, respectively. The scores of the combination group were closer to the expected goals (P<0.05). The satisfaction ratio of nursing interns to the teaching mode in the two groups was respectively: the combination group (93.33%) and the control group (66.67%). The satisfaction ratio of the combination group to the teaching mode was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of nursing teaching for students in the department of gastroenterology, the combination of evidence-based nursing and CBL teaching method can be adopted, which can not only effectively improve the theory and skill performance of nursing students in the department of gastroenterology, but also be highly recognized by interns in the department of gastroenterology, which has the value of wide application and publicity.
