以问题为中心的教学法在妇科护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的 分析以问题为中心的教学法在妇科护理带教中的应用效果。方法 入选的研究对象是86例在本院妇产科实习的护理实习生,根据随机分组方式分成参照组与实验组,各组入选43例实习生,其中参照组实施的教学模式是传统式教学,实验组的教学模式是以问题为中心的教学法。结果 实验组的理论知识成绩、实践操作能力成绩、病例分析能力成绩等出科成绩均显著高于参照组,对比P<0.05;实验组的教学质量、教师态度、能有效引导自我学习兴趣提高、能提高自身分析能力、能提高自身思维析能力等教学满意度明显高于参照组,对比P<0.05。结论 在妇产科临床护理带教工作中实施以问题为中心的教学方法,能够帮助护理实习生生掌握更多的护理理论知识以及临床操作技巧,有效提高护理实习生的病例分析能力以及学习兴趣,提高他们的思维能力,教学质量显著提高,值得推荐。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-centered teaching method in gynecological nursing teaching.
Methods Eighty-six nursing interns who practice in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, and 43 interns were selected in each group. The teaching mode of reference group was traditional teaching, while that of experimental group was problem-centered.
Results The scores of theoretical knowledge, practical operation ability and case analysis ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group, such as teaching quality, teachers' attitude, self-interest in learning, self-analysis ability and self-thinking ability, was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the problem-centered teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can help nursing interns to master more nursing theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills, effectively improve their case analysis ability and learning interest, improve their thinking ability, and significantly improve the teaching quality, which is worthy of recommendation.
