Study on the causes and nursing intervention methods of dialyzer coagulation in hemodialysis
血液透析中透析器凝血的原因及护理干预方法研究

摘要

目的 调查血液透析患者发生透析器凝血的危险因素，分析针对性预防干预护理的效果。方法 对象是在我院实施血液透析治疗的患者，病例数共40例，时间2021年5月至2022年5月。20例接受常规护理干预策略，命名为普通组。另20例接受针对性预防干预护理，命名为针对性预防干预护理组。研究血液透析患者发生透析器凝血的危险因素、透析器凝血发生率、血液透析护理管理质量评分、临床护理满意率。结果 针对性预防干预护理组的透析器凝血发生危险因素更低、血液透析护理管理质量评分、临床护理满意率均更高（p＜0.05）。结论 采取针对性预防干预护理后的临床价值显著，有利于降低血液透析透析器凝血发生率，提高血液透析护理管理质量评分，让患者更满意。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the risk factors of dialyzer coagulation in hemodialysis patients, and analyze the effect of targeted prevention and intervention nursing.
Methods The subjects were 40 hemodialysis patients in our hospital, and the time was from May 2019 to May 2020. 20 cases received routine nursing intervention strategy and were named as the general group. The other 20 cases received targeted preventive intervention nursing and were named as targeted preventive intervention nursing group. To study the risk factors, the incidence of hemodialysis coagulation, the quality score of hemodialysis nursing management and the satisfaction rate of clinical nursing in hemodialysis patients.
Results In the targeted preventive intervention nursing group, the risk factors of hemodialysis coagulation were lower, the quality score of hemodialysis nursing management and the satisfaction rate of clinical nursing were higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical value of targeted preventive intervention nursing is significant, which is helpful to reduce the incidence of blood coagulation in hemodialysis dialyzer, improve the nursing management quality score of hemodialysis and make patients more satisfied.
