Operation room nursing coordination analysis of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer
腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合分析

摘要

目的 实验将针对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者实施手术室护理指导，提升医护配合水平，确保手术安全开展。方法 针对80例腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者为对象，时间为2021年10月至2022年10月，按照随机分组法分两组，对照组为常规手术室护理，观察组为综合性手术室护理指导，对比手术开展成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者在术后并发症率上低于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，术后24小时和48小时疼痛度VAS评分中，观察组低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。在肠鸣音恢复、首次下床活动以及住院时间对比中，观察组用时短于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。在患者不良情绪对比中，观察组得分低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用综合性手术室护理指导对于腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者，有助于稳固手术指标，降低手术引起的患者应激反应，并降低了患者术后并发症率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective The experiment will carry out nursing guidance in the operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer, improve the level of medical cooperation and ensure the safe operation.
Methods Eighty patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer were selected as subjects from October 2021 to October 2022. They were divided into two groups according to randomization method. The control group received routine operating room nursing and the observation group received comprehensive operating room nursing guidance.
Results According to the data, the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). At the same time, 24 hours and 48 hours after surgery, the pain VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In terms of bowel sound recovery, first getting out of bed activity and hospital stay, the time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In the comparison of adverse emotions, the observation group score was lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of comprehensive operating room nursing guidance for laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer patients is helpful to stabilize the surgical indicators, reduce the stress response caused by surgery, and reduce the rate of postoperative complications of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
