透析致低血压患者低温联合钠及超滤曲线透析的护理观察探索

摘要

目的 探究透析致低血压患者采用低温联合钠及超滤曲线透析的应用效果。方法 筛选2021年3月1日-2022年2月28日在我院实施维持性血液透析连续4次,且发生低血压症状超过2次的患者74例作为参与者纳入本次研究。以掷骰子方式作为分组标准,将其分成两组,即常规组(37例)与实验组(37例)。前一组患者以常温常规透析模式展开治疗,后一组以低温联合钠及超滤曲线透析展开治疗。观察两种模式下的最终效果,并对相关数据展开系统化分析与比较。结果 实验组的收缩压与舒张压水平均高于常规组。且相比于常规组,实验组发生的并发症情况更少,比率更低。结论 针对维持性血液透析患者而言,采用低温联合钠及超滤曲线透析模式的效果更为显著值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of low temperature combined with sodium and ultrafiltration curve dialysis in patients with hypotension caused by dialysis.
Methods Seventy-four patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital for 4 consecutive times from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022 and suffered from hypotension for more than 2 times were selected as participants in this study. Taking the method of rolling dice as the grouping standard, they were divided into two groups, namely the conventional group (37 cases) and the experimental group (37 cases). The former group was treated with normal temperature routine dialysis mode, while the latter group was treated with low temperature combined with sodium and ultrafiltration curve dialysis. Observe the final effect of the two modes, and systematically analyze and compare the relevant data.
Results The BUN and SCr indexes of the experimental group were lower. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group. Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group has fewer complications and a lower rate.
Conclusion   For maintenance hemodialysis patients, the effect of low temperature combined with sodium and ultrafiltration curve dialysis mode is more significant, which is worthy of clinical application.
