The impact of psychological care on poor psychology and quality of life in infertility patients
心理护理对不孕不育患者不良心理和生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 不孕不育患者采用心理护理后对其不良心理和生活质量的影响分析。方法 选取本院2021年9月至2022年9月收治的80例不孕不育患者平均分入研究组（常规护理+心理护理）和参照组（常规护理），对比护理结果。结果 研究组护理前，患者的不良情绪评分比较无较大差异（P＞0.05），护理后两组均有明显改善，优于护理前，且研究组的优势更加显著（P＜0.05）；生活质量相比，研究组所得评分较参照组高，存在差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。参照组满意度低于研究组（P＜0.05）。结论 使用心理护理进行不孕不育患者的干预，可提高患者的心理状态，提高生活质量，值得借鉴和推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of psychological care on adverse psychology and quality of life of infertility patients after adoption of psychological care.
Methods Eighty infertility patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were equally divided into the study group (conventional care + psychological care) and the reference group (conventional care) to compare the nursing results.
Results Before the study group's care, there was no significant difference in the patients' adverse mood scores compared (P > 0.05); after care, both groups showed significant improvement and were better than before care, and the advantage of the study group was more significant (P < 0.05); compared with the quality of life, the scores obtained in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, and there was a difference and statistical significance (P < 0.05). Satisfaction in the reference group was lower than in the study group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of psychological care for infertility patients can improve patients' psychological status and quality of life, and is worthy of reference and promotion.
