提高重症监护室(ICU)患者实施营养护理研究

摘要

目的 探讨肠内营养ICU患者开展循证营养支持护理的有效性。方法 选择2019.6.4~2021.6.4重症医学科收治的114例胃管肠内营养支持患者,将其分为常规组57例(鼻胃管肠内营养支持常规护理)以及循证组(循证护理)57例,对比两组结果。结果 干预后,和常规组相比,循证组急性生理与慢性健康评分、护理满意率、并发症发生率、ICU住院时长以及总住院时间更佳,P<0.05。结论 循证护理干预能提升ICU患者的护理品质,应用效果可靠。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of evidence-based nutritional support nursing for patients in enteral nutrition ICU.
Methods 114 patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from June 4, 2019 to June 4, 2021 were selected and divided into the routine group (57 cases) and the evidence-based group (57 cases). The results of the two groups were compared. Result After the intervention, compared with the routine group, the acute physiology and chronic health score, nursing satisfaction rate, complication rate, ICU length of stay and total length of stay in the evidence-based group were better (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Evidence based nursing intervention can improve the nursing quality of ICU patients, and the application effect is reliable.
