Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing care for the elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal compressionfracture who underwent kyphoplasty
对行椎体后凸成形术的老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者进行综合性护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究分析对行椎体后凸成形术的老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者进行综合性护理的效果。方法 选取于2020年1月至2022年6月，至我院接受椎体后凸成形术的老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者共120例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将120例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用综合护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的生活质量以及疼痛程度。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在生活质量以及疼痛程度方面，明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对行椎体后凸成形术的老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者进行综合性护理，能够显著提升患者的生活质量，同时能够有效改善患者的疼痛程度，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fracture who underwent kyphoplasty.
Methods a total of 120 elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fractures who underwent kyphoplasty in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the admission sequence number of patients, 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping. The control group was intervened by routine nursing mode; The observation group used comprehensive nursing mode to intervene. The quality of life and pain of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results after nursing intervention, the quality of life and pain degree of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   comprehensive nursing care for the elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fracture who underwent kyphoplasty can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients and effectively improve the pain level of the patients. It has excellent effects in the process of practical application and is worthy of further promotion and application.
