摘要
目的 探究康复路径应用后对帕金森患者运动功能和神经功能缺损的影响。方法 2021.5至2022.5，选择我院收治的110例帕金森患者作为护理项目研究参与对象，将患者资料集中后进行随机分组，分为管理组和对照组，所实施的护理方案分别为康复护理路径和普通护理，对比护理效果。结果 经过护理后，管理组运动功能恢复效果，神经功能缺损情况改善效果，患者满意度评分高于对照组，组间差异（P＜0.05）。结论 帕金森患者随着病情的发展逐渐丧失独立生活能力，接受康复护理路径对改善患者的运动功能和神经缺损症状有较大帮助，患者对该项护理服务给出的评价满意度分值较高，表明该种护理模式临床实用性非常高。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation pathway on motor function and neurological deficit of Parkinson's patients. Methods From May 2021 to May 2022, 110 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the participants of nursing project research. After collecting the data of patients, they were randomly divided into the management group and the control group. The nursing programs implemented were rehabilitation nursing path and ordinary care respectively, and the nursing effects were compared. Results After nursing, the recovery effect of motor function and the improvement effect of neurological deficit in the management group were higher than those in the control group, with a difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with Parkinson's disease gradually lose their ability to live independently with the development of their illness, and receiving rehabilitation nursing pathway is helpful to improve their motor function and neurological deficit symptoms. Patients' satisfaction score of this nursing service is high, which indicates that this nursing mode is very practical in clinic.
