摘要
目的 分析急救护理在急性左心衰患者抢救效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2022年月5月期间60例急性左心衰病人作为研究目标，依据随机分组法将纳入人员分为两组，即病例组，对照组，组内各30例，对照组:常规急救护理，病例组：优化急救护理，评估两组护理成果。结果 经不同急救护理后与参照组相比，病例组急救成功率、急救时间和住院时间均优化，并发症发生率更低，依从率更高，（P＜0.05）。结论 在对急性左心衰患者实施抢救过程中，可应用优化急救护理，可有效提升急救质量，建议推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the rescue effect of emergency nursing in patients with acute left heart failure. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute left heart failure from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objective. According to the random grouping method, the included patients were divided into two groups, the case group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group: routine emergency care; the case group: optimized emergency care. Results Compared with the reference group, the success rate of first aid, first aid time and hospitalization time in the case group were optimized, the incidence of complications was lower, and the compliance rate was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion During the rescue of patients with acute left heart failure, optimized emergency care can be applied, which can effectively improve the quality of emergency care, and it is recommended to popularize.
