Analysis of nursing effect and complication rate of scar uterine cesarean section
围术期全面护理对瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者的护理效果及并发症发生率分析

摘要

目的 探讨围术期全面护理在瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年3月本院120例瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇进行研究，经随机数字表法分组。对照组（60例），应用常规护理；观察组（60例），应用围术期全面护理。分析两组术中出血量、母乳喂养时间、住院时间与并发症发生情况。结果 两组比较术中出血量、母乳喂养时间、住院时间的差异检验值为P＜0.05，观察组分别少于、短于对照组；两组比较并发症发生率的差异检验值为P＜0.05，观察组较对照组低。结论 予以瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇围术期全面护理，可减少术中出血量，缩短母乳喂养时间与住院时间，预防或减少并发症。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in scar uterine cesarean section.
Methods 120 women with scar uterine cesarean section from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected and grouped by random numbers. Control group (60 cases), apply routine care; observation group (60 cases), apply perioperative comprehensive care. Intraoperative bleeding, breastfeeding duration, hospital stay, and complications were analyzed in both groups.
Results The difference test value of intraoperative bleeding volume, breastfeeding time and hospital stay time was P <0.05, less than and shorter than that of the control group; the comparison test test value was P <0.05, and the observation group was lower than the control group.
Conclusion   It can reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount, shorten the breastfeeding time and hospitalization time, and prevent or reduce the complications.
