Effect of empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing on negative emotion and treatment compliancein elderly patients with cerebral infarction
共情护理联合心理护理对老年脑梗死患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响研究

摘要

目的 本文中主要针对性的围绕老年脑梗死患者治疗期间应用共情护理联合心理护理措施后，对其负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响进行深入研究。方法 以2019年11月-2022年8月为研究时间，并择取期间在我院诊治的老年脑梗死患者中的300例作为临床研究目标，依照患者自行选择护理方法予以分组，择常规护理方法的患者拟定参照组（150例）、择共情护理联合心理护理的患者拟定研究组（150例），根据研究数据来对比护理效果（从SAS、SDS、护理满意度评分、治疗依从性展开数据研究）。结果 护理前：两组患者SAS、 SDS、护理满意度评分（医患沟通满意评分、医护人员临床技能满意评分、医护人员临床技能满意评分、对医护人员信任评分、医护人员处理临床问题评分）组间未体现出明显性差异，统计分析后显示P＞0.05；护理后，上述两组各项研究数据对比护理前均有明显化差异，而且研究组与参照组组间数据对比，且具有明显性差异，并以研究组显优势；两组总依从率分别为148（98.67%）、125（83.33%）数据组间对比结果具有差异性（P＜0.05），存在统计学意义。结论 将共情护理联合心理护理应用到老年脑梗死患者中，可有效帮助患者缓解负性情绪，由此提升治疗依从性，建议临床中广泛使用。

Abstract

Objective In this paper, the main targeted around the elderly patients with cerebral infarction during the treatment of empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing measures, the impact of their negative emotions and treatment compliance in-depth study.
Methods From November 2019 to August 2022, 300 elderly patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital during the period were selected as clinical research objectives, and were divided into groups according to the nursing methods selected by patients. Patients who chose routine nursing methods were selected as the reference group (n = 150), and patients who chose empathic nursing combined with psychological nursing were selected as the study group (n = 150). The nursing effects were compared according to the research data (SAS, SDS, nursing satisfaction score, treatment compliance were studied).
Results before treatment, two groups of patients with SAS, SDS, nursing satisfaction score (doctor-patient communication satisfaction score, medical staff satisfaction scores on clinical skills, medical staff satisfaction score, clinical skills of medical staff trust evaluation, dealing with clinical medical staff) did not reflect obvious sexual differences between groups, after statistical analysis shows that P > 0.05; After nursing, there were obvious differences in the data between the two groups before nursing, and there were obvious differences between the study group and the reference group, and the study group had obvious advantages. The total compliance rates of the two groups were 148 (98.67%) and 125 (83.33%), respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  s The application of empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction can effectively help patients relieve negative emotions, thereby improving treatment compliance, and it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
