Study on the Application of Humanized Care in the Care of Hematology Patients
血液病患者护理中人性化护理的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析人性化护理在血液病患者中的临床应用效果。方法 选择我院2021年5月-2022年5月收治的94例血液病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=47）和研究组（n=47），其中对照组患者接受常规护理，研究组则给予人性化护理干预，对比两组护理效果以及干预前后的生活质量评分，同时记录两组患者干预前后焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）评分变化情况，统计两组并发症（肌肉痉挛、出血、感染、低血压）发生情况以及病死情况。结果 研究组SAS、SDS评分较干预前明显降低并低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组护理期间共出现1例肌肉痉挛、1例出血以及2例感染病例，并发症发生率为8.51%（4/47），未出现病死病例。明显低于对照组的25.53%（12/47）；研究组治疗满意度及治疗依性均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对血液病患者应用人性化护理有助于提升整体护理质量，降低患者治疗期间的并发症发生率，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical application of humanized nursing in patients with hematological diseases.
Methods Ninety-four patients with hematological diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group (n=47) and study group (n=47), in which patients in the control group received conventional care and the study group was given humanized nursing intervention. The changes of anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) scores before and after the intervention were also recorded, and the occurrence of complications (muscle spasm, bleeding, infection, hypotension) and morbidity and mortality in the two groups were counted.
Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group before the intervention (P<0.05); there was one case of muscle spasm, one case of bleeding and two cases of infection in the study group during the care period, with a complication rate of 8.51% (4/47) and no case of death. The complication rate was 8.51% (4/47), and there was no case of death. It was significantly lower than the 25.53% (12/47) of the control group; the treatment satisfaction and treatment compliance of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of humanized nursing care to patients with hematological diseases helps to improve the overall nursing quality and reduce the incidence of complications during patient treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
