Clinical Application Effectiveness Intervention Analysis of Personalized Health Educationin Pediatric Chronic Gastritis Care
小儿慢性胃炎护理中个性化健康教育的临床应用效果干预分析

摘要

目的 分析小儿慢性胃炎护理中个性化健康教育的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年8月-2022年8月门诊收治的70例小儿慢性胃炎作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各35例。其中对照组采取常规护理干预方法，观察组采取个性化健康教育方法。对比2组小儿慢性胃炎护理干预效果。结果 对照组总有效率68.6%、对照组依从性74.3%、满意率77.1%显著低于观察组总有效率97.1%、依从性94.2%、满意率94.9%，组间对比存在显著差异，临床对比具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 本研究以小儿慢性胃炎护理中个性化健康教育的临床应用效果理为研究方向，旨在通过采取个性化健康教育来改善小儿慢性胃炎症状，促进其治疗效果的提升，也为更好的护理小儿慢性胃炎提供理论依据。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of personalized health education in pediatric chronic gastritis nursing.
Methods Retrospective analysis of 70 cases of pediatric chronic gastritis admitted to the outpatient clinic from August 2020 to August 2022 as study subjects, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. Among them, the control group adopted the conventional nursing intervention method and the observation group adopted the personalized health education method. Compare the effect of nursing intervention for pediatric chronic gastritis in the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of 68.6%, the compliance rate of 74.3% and the satisfaction rate of 77.1% in the control group were significantly lower than the total effective rate of 97.1%, the compliance rate of 94.2% and the satisfaction rate of 94.9% in the observation group, and there were significant differences between the groups, and the clinical comparison was statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   This study takes the clinical application of personalized health education in pediatric chronic gastritis care as the research direction, aiming to improve the symptoms of pediatric chronic gastritis by taking personalized health education to promote its therapeutic effect, and also provide the theoretical basis for better care of pediatric chronic gastritis.
