Application of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of severe burn patients
临床护理路径在重症烧伤患者护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 研究临床护理路径在重症烧伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2021年02月-2022年02收治的80例重症烧伤患者，依据随机分组法，将其分为研究组与对照组，每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理方式，研究组患者采用临床护理路径方式，对比两组疼痛程度与生命质量评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果 护理后研究组VAS评分低于对照组，生命质量评分高于对照组；研究组护理满意度92.50%，对照组75.00%，研究组高于对照组；研究组并发症总发生率2.50%，对照组17.50%，研究组低于对照组，两组数据对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 临床护理路径在重症烧伤患者中应用，可减轻患者疼痛程度，降低并发症发生率，提高患者的生命质量，继而提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of severe burn patients.
Methods 80 patients with severe burns treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the study group were treated with clinical nursing pathway. The degree of pain, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.
Results after nursing, the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.50%, and that of the control group was 75.00%, which was higher than that of the control group; The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.50%, and that in the control group was 17.50%, which was lower than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   the application of clinical nursing pathway in severe burn patients can reduce the degree of pain, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and then improve nursing satisfaction.
