Effect observation and value experience of targeted nursing on patientswith dizziness due to cerebral insufficiency
针对性护理对脑供血不足头晕患者的效果观察及价值体会

摘要

目的 探析脑供血不足头晕患者行针对性护理的临床效果。方法 纳入研究对象的收治时间为2021年1月至2022年7月，共为371例脑供血不足头晕患者，将其分为两组，应用常规护理于对照组（185例），在此基础上为观察组（186例）实施针对性护理，分组方式为随机数字表法，观察两组头晕频率、头晕持续时间、生活质量与护理满意度。结果 两组护理后相比于护理前，头晕频率已减少，两组之间比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组明显少于对照组；两组护理后相比于护理前，头晕持续时间已缩短，两组之间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组明显短于对照组；两组护理后健康调查简表（SF-36）量表中8项指标评分、护理满意度比较的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组均明显高于对照组。结论 予以脑供血不足头晕患者针对性护理，可减少头晕频率，缩短头晕持续时间，提升生活质量与护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing in patients with insufficient cerebral blood supply.
Methods included in the study object admission time from January 2021 to July 2022, a total of 371 patients with insufficient cerebral blood supply dizziness, it is divided into two groups, apply routine care in the control group (185 cases), on this basis for observation group (186 cases) targeted care, grouping way for random digital table method, observe two groups of dizziness frequency, dizziness duration, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
Results the frequency of dizziness was decreased, the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted care for dizziness patients with insufficient cerebral blood supply can reduce the frequency of dizziness, shorten the duration of dizziness, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
