Clinical effect of nursing intervention in preventing catheter-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit
护理干预在预防重症监护病房导管相关性肺炎的临床效果

摘要

目的观察护理干预在预防重症监护病房导管相关性肺炎的临床效果。方法 以2021年1月到2022年1月在我院ICU进行呼吸机治疗的82例患者作为研究对象，对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施护理干预，比较两组机械通气时间、住院时间、VAP 发生率、导管相关性肺炎发生率、血气分析指标、祛痰有效率、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果 观察组相关指标均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 为ICU呼吸机上机患者实施护理干预可以对患者病情达到有效控制，且改善预后，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention in preventing catheter-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit.
Methods A total of 82 patients who were treated with ventilators in the ICU of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given nursing intervention. The duration of mechanical ventilation, hospital stay, the incidence of VAP, the incidence of catheter-related pneumonia, blood gas analysis indicators, expectorant efficiency, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The relevant indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Nursing intervention for ICU ventilator patients can effectively control the patient's condition and improve the prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
