The application value of health education and joint diet deployment in pediatric diabetes care
健康宣教联合饮食调配在儿童糖尿病护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探究儿童糖尿病护理中采取健康宣教联合饮食调配形式的价值。方法 拣选本院自2020.7至2022.6挂号入院且确诊为儿童糖尿病的患儿共60例，施行数字法自然分组研究。纳入对照组30例施行儿童糖尿病的常规护理，纳入观察组30例施行儿童糖尿病的健康宣教联合饮食调配护理，对比两组患儿遵医嘱率、依从护理率、合理生活率；统计两组餐后2小时血糖mmol/L、空腹血糖mmol/L、空腹胰岛素pmol/L、糖化血红蛋白浓度%的数值；对比两组患儿家属对护理的满意率。结果 观察组遵医嘱率>对照组23.3%；依从护理率>对照组16.6%；合理生活率>对照组6.7%，对比有统计学差异，P<0.05。观察组餐后2小时血糖为5mmol/L<对照组7mmol/L；空腹血糖4mmol/L<对照组6mmol/L；空腹胰岛素12pmol/L<对照组16pmol/L；糖化血红蛋白浓度4%<对照组6%，对比有统计学差异，P<0.05。观察组满意率>对照组16.6%；较为满意率<对照组10%；不满意率<对照组6.7%，对比有统计学差异，P<0.05。结论 儿童糖尿病的危害不容小觑，加强宣教可让患儿与家属认知儿童糖尿病的成因，联合饮食调配，可改善儿童饮食结构，提升降糖效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of health education and combined diet allocation in children's diabetes care.
Methods A total of 60 children with registered admission from 2020.7 to 2022.6 were selected, and the natural grouping study of digital method was implemented. The 30 cases of children with diabetes, and 30 cases in the obser- vation group, compared the rate of medical advice, compliance care and reasonable living rate; the values of mmol/L blood glucose mmol/L, fasting glucose mmol/L, fasting insulin pmol/L, and hemoglobin A 1 c concentration of%; and the satisfaction rate of the families of the two groups.
Results Compliance rate> 23.3% in observation group, compliance rate> 16.6%, reasonable living rate> 6.7%, P<0.05. Blood glucose was 5mmol/L <7mmol/L for 2 hours; fasting blood glucose 4mmol/L <6mmol/L; fasting insulin 12 pmol/L <16 pmol/L for control group; hemoglobin A 1 c concentration 4%<6% for control group, P<0.05. The satisfaction rate of observation group was> 16.6% for control group; comparative satisfaction rate <10%; dissatisfaction rate <6.7% for control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The harm of diabetes in children cannot be underestimated. Strengthening education can make children and their families recognize the cause of childhood diabetes. Combined diet allocation can improve the diet structure of children and improve the hypoglycemic effect of blood sugar.
