Analysis of the effect of dietary nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of elderly patientswith chronic heart failure
分析对老年慢性心力衰竭患者开展饮食护理干预对其康复的影响

摘要

目的 分析饮食护理干预应用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者后对其康复效果的影响。方法 抽取我院2020年5月-2022年7月期间收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者100例作为实验对象，并通过等量电脑随机法将其平均分为2组，即对照组和探究组，每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预，探究组在对照组的基础上加强饮食护理干预，比较两组的康复效果。结果 经过比较两组的实验结果，探究组的护理效果、护理前后的血清白蛋白和血清前白蛋白明显优于对照组，而住院时间、再入院率、再入院时间、病死率均显著少于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年慢性心力衰竭患者而言，在常规护理的基础上加强饮食护理干预，不但能够提高整体护理效果，还可有效改善患者影响状况，有助于患者康复，具有良好的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of dietary nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected as experimental subjects, and they were divided into 2 groups by equal-volume computer randomization method, namely the control group and the exploration group. 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the exploration group was given dietary nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After comparing the experimental results of the two groups, the nursing effect, serum albumin and serum prealbumin before and after nursing in the exploration group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the length of hospital stay, readmission rate, readmission time, and fatality rate were significantly shorter. In the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For elderly patients with chronic heart failure, strengthening dietary nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing can not only improve the overall nursing effect, but also effectively improve the patient's influence, help patients recover, and has good clinical promotion value.
